Return Policy

 Glimmering Gems offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can return items up to 10 days after receiving them. Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number form Glimmering Gems before returning any items. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Any items received without a proper RMA number clearly indicated on the outside of the package will be returned to sender. All items must be returned in their original and unworn condition, including packaging and any written materials. “Original and Unworn” means that there are no blemishes, scratches, alterations or other signs of wear on the tag or item. All items must be received back to Glimmering Gems within 30 days of original shipping date. Please allow 14 days from the time of receipt to process your refund. The refund will be for the full purchase price excluding any shipping and handling fees that may have originally applied.

Shipping and Handling Method

Most orders ship within 2 business days. Standard shipping is FREE! Typical deliver is 5 to 7 business days.  Second day delivery will carry an additional $10.00 charge, and overnight orders an additional $20.00 charge.  No COD orders will be accepted.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax of 8.325% will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Texas.

Privacy Policy

Glimmering Gems will not give or sell any information on our customers, including email address, telephone numbers, etc. All credit card transactions are handled through a secure and encrypted internet connection.

Resizing

 Because much of our jewelry is one of a kind, Glimmering Gems will resize any of our rings. Resizing can take up to 10 days, and will be charged at $25.00 for yellow gold or sterling silver, $35 for white gold and platinum. Ring sizing is nonrefundable, so please be sure that your requested size is correct. Alternatively, most local jewelers also offer resizing.
